Agreed Divorce Without Children or Shared Assets<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n

This is the most straightforward process. If there are no children, no assets to divide and you both agree, the paperwork is reduced and the timescales are shorter too.
Even so, the settlement should be properly drafted and reviewed with care to ensure nothing is being overlooked that could affect you later. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
